Kobe is a great little city filled with historical sights such as the Kitano district, but the highlight of our stop there was the Wagyu beef we had for one meal. World renowned for its flavor and tenderness, the steak lived up to all of our expectations!

So, the Wagyu beef is the general term for the meat, and if it's Wagyu beef from Kobe, Japan, then it's Kobe beef, right? At least, that's how I'm remembering it from somewhere.
